Can you see another reproductive endocrinologist? Your TSH though normal is higher than what I was told is desirable for TTC.

I'm sorry, OP. Many of us fall in the unexplained infertility category. Have you done a semen analysis yet?

PCOS. My labs were similar - two doctors missed it. My third did a hysteroscopy and discovered several polyps. Had them surgically removed, pregnant now twice.

Should’ve noted I had to go on several supplements and metformin, and drastically change my diet both times to get my PCOS under control. My dr suspected PCOS immediately based on my slightly elevated testosterone and AMH - same as yours.

Thank you for the feedback. What dietary changes did you make? And supplements?

My insulin and a1c we're fine and I actually did do a internal sonogram to check my uterus/ovaries for abnormalities but it came back clear, not once cyst.

But I'll def follow up! Thank you for bringing it up!

DP. Yes, this seems kind of probable just by looking at your labs and I'm not even a doctor. Also what the PP mentioned for TSH. Endocrinologists ask for it to be between 1.0 to 2.0 for TTC (2.5 max).

NP. Could you explain more? For supplements did you use Ovasitol?

Yes ovasitol and all the others they recommend for TTC generally - coq10, vitamin B, fish oil, etc. I cut all carbs and sugar, including alcohol, and I mean cut - Atkins style. Worked! Twice. My doctor said it would and I had my doubts, but food is medicine.

I would also increase vitamin D. 25 is beliw normal. My RE wants mine at at least 31.

The FSH is elevated and AMH is very high, which is unusual (usually FSH is high and AMH is low). More info about that here https://www.centerforhumanreprod.com/fertility/webcast-high-fsh-high-amh-mean-ivf-pregnancy-chances/

TSH is a little high, I thought ideal was 1-2 for TTC.

Vit D is low, aim for 50.

You can ask your doctor but consider megadosing vitamin D - 50,000 iui once a week.
