Does declaring state of emergency help MD, DC or VA with their current gas shortages?

You just need to worry about blackouts that come with renewable energy, if it ever ramps up to a high percentage. |

If you have batteries backing up your solar, you don't even need to worry about that. And you know Hydro and wind are also renewable and don't have these issues either, right? |
