Summer math 4th to 5th

Anyone have a recommendation for a program or a tutor? My kid is behind in math after this year of DL and I have learned I am not a good math instructor. I don't want Mathnasium - need a classroom or structured setting.

- free for a $20 class from a link I got on "classes" at DCUM but does NOT work for a kid whose not getting certain concepts -- place value, decimals, fractions, large number division. We are desperate!

Is RSM running in person classes this Summer? They tend to have a range of ability levels.
