Curly/wavy Cut and color recommendations near Capitol Hill

I am growing out my short hair and it is looking pretty awful at the moment. I need a recommendation for a stylist in/around Capitol Hill who is good with wavy/curly hair. I am also considering highlights. I typically go to Da at Michael Anthony salon, but am looking for other recommendations. Happy to go anywhere in/around DC.
