ID tech camp/lessons or other coding camp recommendations

Has anyone done ID tech camp in the past? Any opinions - good/bad? This would be for 10-13 year old sons that are interested in coding for Roblox, Minecraft and maybe learning Python. Any other suggestions for coding camp would be welcome. THanks !

My son has done online JuniLearning online for the last 18 months. They have extensive course sequence for computer programming. He just finished Python 3 online and will go to UASCO training for the summer.

I know the kids are very tired of DL, but my family is fine if it’s 1:1 online tutoring. Instructors very good caliber, and the curriculum smooths out any tutor changes. There is some turnover in tutors at Juni.

We've been using outschool and the free MIT program to code. We also use brick legos and you can code using those.

I got an outschool code from another DCUM thread a while ago and it gave me $20 off (basically a free class) if you want to try it too -- https://outschool.com/?signup=true&usid=KiBvNMdV&utm_campaign=share_invite_link

+1 for Juni learning. Our two kids take coding and math with great instructors and — most importantly — actually LIKE the sessions and can’t wait for them each week (versus Russian School of Math which is a tougher sell with the group classes).
