Where is a crime? Foreign companies can invest in U.S. companies. They can form or join partnerships in the U.S. that invest in U.S. companies. That’s legal and normal and has nothing to do with the Vice President. |

The conservative 5th Circuit just ruled that the gun law Hunter was charged under is unconstitutional. They say it’s unconstitutional to take away 2nd Amendment rights because of drug use.

Continuously posting tweets from people who are unknown to most of us and expecting us to read them and follow the daily twists and turns in the trail of "evidence" against the Bidens just isn't working. The people who have testified- the irs and archer- have said they have no proof of Joe’s involvement.
I get that hunter is sleazy and using his dad’s name but he doesn’t work in the White House and never would. But there was any any money trail Or testimony that implicates the president or then vice president of anything illegal. |

They were business transactions from clients and partners to his business partnerships, and many of the transactions were money to be invested for them, not payments to him. You guys are stupidly counting every transaction to any business, partnership, or firm affiliated with HB as a bribe. He was a corporate lawyer and investment broker. He was in business partnerships with these people. Your guys are feeding you intentionally misleading talking points about legal business transactions. |

The new strategy is highlighted in a memo released by the committee on Wednesday. “President Biden’s defenders purport a weak defense by asserting the Committee must show payments directly to the President to show corruption,” the House Oversight Republicans wrote. “This is a hollow claim no other American would be afforded if their family members accepted foreign payments or bribes. Indeed, the law recognizes payments to family members to corruptly influence others can constitute a bribe,” the memo says.
