Is this a thing in some Covid Patients? Actual Arthritic manifestation??? That is NOT an actual arthritis? Someone explain this please.

Because of a typical pattern of clinical presentation, the patient was diagnosed with reactive arthritis (ReA) caused by COVID‐19. The patient was treated with a nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drug (NSAID). Figure 1B the symptoms of arthritis were completely resolved with NSAID therapy. All the laboratory tests were in normal limits. The patient was discharged from hospital on day 22.

Reactive arthritis differs from other types of arthritis. While the symptoms of reactive arthritis present a manner similar to osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, the causes are unique. Reactive arthritis is not a degenerative joint condition; that is, once the cause heals, the symptoms and the condition usually fade. A physician can help you determine the difference between reactive arthritis and other types, and then help you with a treatment plan to eliminate the cause of your reactive arthritis.

Joint pain and stiffness. Not fatal. And certainly not long lasting or debilitating. It's okay. Breathe.
