Attention LCP parents

LCPS is hiring classroom proctors for middle and high school, you’re allowed to take your school age children with you. Pay it $22 dollars an hour or $152 dollars a day.

They still have over 50 positions.

Agreed. I cannot stress to my circle how happy I am in LCPS. Mind you there’s 4 days of potential snow this upcoming week...

I predict that a portion of the FCPS monitors will quit as soon as they get their second vaccine or just not show up. If LCPS is paying someone 50% more, FCPS should not expect reliability.

For sure! $600 a week, your child gets in person and you get vaccinated.

FCPS is $440 for a week - not as tempting for many. FCPS will get the bottom of the barrel.

However, I think this will be a thing, especially in FCPS where the pay is so low.

This is more than I make per hour as a sped IA with 5+ years experience in FCPS. I don't need or use the county benefits and I don't need to bring my kids with me to school. I'd be lying if I said it wasn't tempting to check out LCPS.
