Does anyone have info on the "twice exceptional" program at North Bethesda Middle School?

My nephew has been accepted into Montgomery County's "twice exceptional" program - gifted and special needs - for 7th grade at North Bethesda Middle School. Does anyone have any insight or opinions on this program? My nephew is very bright and has executive functioning disorder, and processes things slowly. They are considering this and two privates from whom they haven't heard back yet, and my sister doesn't like any of the options. Any info you can provide would be great.
