OP here...I was initially looking at the Peleton but was honestly turned off by the customer service (or lack there of)? My expectations may be too high but I sat on hold for 45 minutes and then was told that my Peleton would be delivered by a third party service who would drop off the bike but then I’d have to “set it up myself” because of my delivery zip code. Overall the sales rep was just kind of short and condensing. I can appreciate that they don’t need my business but this is a significant investment for me!
