Green ginger sauce from Chinatown Express

I love, love, love that stuff and bought a little tub of it from them today, and now I need ideas on what to do with it. I always put it on my noodles when I go there, but I don't cook a lot of noodle/pasta type dishes at home. The sauce is made with ginger, oil, garlic? I am not sure what else.

Any ideas?

OP here again - I think it might be a ginger-scallion sauce. I'm going to try it on salmon tonight.
