$899,000, 3BR, 2BA, 1950 sqft:

It’s staged with a bunch of MCM furniture, too—dig the Eames chair in the LR, for example.

I’m not sure how livable it would be, but it sure looks cool.

Having the address on that concrete planter is tacky as hell.

That's a neighborhood for oddball houses and people.

We so much wanted to like this house. But it lot is awkward, and it seems like it doesn't have enough private space for a family (nor does it really have space to add on).

Cool house though!

What's odd about the neighborhood/neighbors?

I also like it. I just don’t like Bethesda. Would be perfect empty nest for us somewhere else.

So cute.

What a great home! I just love MCM. Inventory is always low.

I love, love, love it. They kept it true to MCM but still warm, which is so tricky. Those dining room windows are to die for.

2 bathrooms???

Wow, love it.

Don't know why they have the lawns in front but everything else is on point.

Nice reno but houses like these need to be enclosed by the woods for the right effect. Having your full-on glass walls face an open space feels weird.

It's beautiful but I am very curious about the neighborhood "Coop". How does that work? I understand building coop's, like in Takoma Park.

Swoon. Countertops for miles. It seems like you’d get a lot of road noise and not be exactly one with nature. But the house is super cute. Good schools. Guessing it’ll go over asking quickly.

House is cute but not very practical. No basement. No garage. sorry but I pass
