Recumbent exercise bike recommendations

| We’d like to purchase a recumbent bike but don’t really know where to start. Hubby is 6’4 and I’m 5’2. He is a big guy so we need something sturdy. Don’t want to pay a ton. Thanks. |

We got the Schwinn 270 which is recommended by a lot of sites as a top pick (also available as a bowflex model).
It’s a nice bike— seems pretty sturdy and has lots of programs/options. However the seat isn’t quite as comfortable as our last recumbent bike (which was getting old and falling apart). Oddly the price varies quite a bit— from $400 to $900. We got it around $600. |
