Anyone tried Musely? (to fade freckles, melasma)

I'm seeing ads all over the place and the reviews online look good although you never know what's true. Anyone tried it?

I'm not sure an anonymous forum will give you peace of mind but yes, I'm about a month in and definitely noticing a lot of lightening (melasma). I'm on the M+ which I did have to go back and ask for specifically since I knew I could handle the trention.

Yes! Significantly faded large patch of melasma on my face that not budged for 10 yrs. Not perfect, but Finally comfortable going out without concealer.

Not Op, but bumping this.

Any POC who have tried this? Wondering how it works if you have brown/olive skin but also melasma.

I have tried the OTC cremes, but have some darker patches which won’t go away and wondering if Musely might me a good next step.

I'm Latina, with olive (medium tan) skin and have had success with Musely after 15 years of trying every other product and treatment out there (except laser since bc of my skin tone I was not a good candidate)

I had a very dark spot on my cheek about the size of an eraser tip that appeared during my first pregnancy and never went away. I tried so many things and consulted with dermatologists about different treatments and nothing worked until now.

Can't comment on melasma, but just popping in to say that I love freckles. They're so distinctive and cute!

I’m using Cyspera and it is shocking to me how well it is working. I’ve only been using it for three weeks. Sixteen weeks to see the full effect.

There are many options available for melasma. Musely and other skincare products deliver high dose Hydroquinone which has been discouraged for longterm use. I would rather go with a lighter version that does not contain HQ. Melarase AM and Melarase PM are two products that you should consider.

I tried it to lighten my bikini area after lasering off my hair. It was working, but it smelled so bad I barely made it through 1 bottle.

I'm super pale white, but I had terrible melasma from pregnancy. I actually had someone ask what was on my forehead (nothing to see here, just melasma shaped like the map of Africa on my forehead). It works, but tretinoin worked better for me.

Also, to the person saying freckles are cute. My freckles were cute when I was little, but by 30 they just looked like sun damage and weren't cute little dots anymore. By 40 they were awful.
