SIS parentvue down [fcps] ?

Anyone know how long SIS Parentvue has been down? I've been getting an "internal server" error the last few time I've tried to get in this morning. Not sure if anyone tried to go in last night and if it was ok. Trying to fill out forms.

I was on the desktop version at around 8 AM and the app just now and I’m not having any issues.

Might be a browser issue, though the error type (Internal Server) indicates an issue on ParentVue's end. It's possible there's some sort of mismatch between what the browser is doing and the server. Or an overload.

I ad no trouble on both the Parentview App for iPads and going directly to SIS on Chrome for iOS.

It’s either a browser/OS specific issue or a you issue OP.

Fortunately, we have the new Tech Desk staffed in 97 languages from 7am-11pm starting tomorrow. S

I checked a few times to make sure DS’s schedule has not changed. My middle schooler might not notice if it did. We never had a problem accessing the site.

The FCPS Parent Technology Resource page provides tip sheets and support in multiple languages. These tip sheets provide answers to basic questions about FCPS technologies. Often you can find the answer to your question in these resources. For technical support questions about your online parent accounts, your student’s FCPS laptop, or technology your student uses for online learning, contact the Parent Technology Help Desk (toll free) at 833-921-3277 or enter a support request ticket via the Parent and Student IT Portal.

The Parent Technology Help Desk will be answered 7 a.m.-11 p.m., seven days a week. Parents who need help in a language other than English should let help desk staff know, and an interpreter will join them on the line. (FCPS has Parent Information Phone Lines available in eight languages to assist with general questions about FCPS.)

I've tried safari, chrome, edge. Various laptops, tablets, and phones. Still receiving the same "internal server error."

Was able to get into blackboard, just not sis. Found there that my older kid still doesn't have a blackboard class for one of his classes. Happens to be his first class tomorrow.

Same here, I have been getting same error message for SIS although I can get into Blackboard.
