DH is taking the kids to his completely quarantined parents this weekend and I will be alone from about 10AM on Saturday until Tuesday morning. I haven’t been alone for over six months! I am so excited, I’m actually giddy!! With homeschooling, both DH and my working from home, and social isolation, I feel like I need this break more than ever before in my life!!

The opportunity to eat an entire pastry without a little voice asking, “some?” or DH wanting a bite is enough on it’s own to fill me with envy. But a whole weekend?! I would collapse from joy! |
