Westbrook vs. Woodacres?

I am new to Montgomery County and looking at neighborhoods (off of Mass. Ave) that would feed into these public elementary schools.
Can you share the differences between the two? Wood Acres visually appears newer? Are the programs, quality of education the same?
I think Little Falls Road is the dividing line between the two schools?

We're in the Westbrook school district. I think the academics at Westbrook and Woodacres are the same in terms of quality and content. Both focus quite a bit on fundamentals (reading, writing and mathematics). Neither has much in the way of arts. Westbrook is a bit more oversubscribed than Woodacres.
