| The college shakeout is coming. Small schools that were already struggling financially will not make it through this. |
You think the colleges being sold are bad - the fallout in small college towns is going to be horrendous. Property will be devalued overnight. |
| They should turn them into 55+ year, active adult communities. Keep the communal dining hall. Keep the amenities. |
