And yet Loudoun could never get full DA on the Boys side and within 6 months of DC United announcing their eventual move to Bolen Park Loudoun suddenly decided is best to be "All In" with ECNL. It is likely Loudoun was offered the same DA deal that Arlington got, partial DA. So partial DA, having to prove yourself or full ECNL and get to charge more because of more teams, yeah, real tough decision for Loudoun.

This is the reason Arlington will be leaving. They can't get boys DA to be expanded. Therefore, they are out and taking boys and girls to ECNL. Yes, i am the person that initially stated this rumor from a good source

I was told it is close to being done deal, if so, i would say starting Fall 2019.

FCV cannot move to ECNL. They would be crushed by the larger clubs around them. They lack the organization, coaches and facilities to compete effectively for the same players. Their only hope is to have a patch that the clubs around them do not have.
