Where is the outrage over DC youth gun crime?

In DC, is it only an "imitation gun" if you're under 22? If so, I can see leaders of criminal groups seeking out teens to commit crimes with their imitation guns.

How do you people think they get their guns?

Per a Bureau of Prisons study, they found that 80% of felons who committed crimes with guns either got them legally or through loopholes in the law. Yet the idiotic NRA doesn't think we have a problem. The NRA IS a big part of the problem why there is so much gun violence in places like Chicago.
