+1 I think the key is the way they fit. |
I bet your wife would be happy ![]() |
They look good on me and are comfortable. |
I agree |
Same. |
I find it's mostly Americans who do this. Europeans would never be seen so under dressed and sloppy. |
Don 't kid yourself. There are tons of poorly dressed people in Europe, and many of them live there. |
I live in Western Europe, and you are incorrect. Europeans as a whole (where I am and have visited) are more stylish and put together than Americans as a whole. Women here do not wear yoga pants when "out and about." |
Not wearing yoga pants is not all it takes to be well dressed. I have lived in several countries in Western Europe and have family there whom we visit regularly, and I stand by the statement that there are plenty of poorly dressed Europeans. |
I work in a very casual office environment, and often wear yoga pants with a cute top and matching jacket - I do this because I go to the gym straight from work, then home to start my day filled with homework and carpool. Doing this is a huge time saver for me, I look nice in them, I look "put together" and my yoga pants are not inappropriate or revealing. at least not any more revealing than skinny jeans ![]() |
I WAH. I workout almost every day. I change/shower after I pick up kids from school.
Since I squeeze workout in during workday--I save time by doing a quick whole foods run directly after my workout. |
Man here and I disagree. Many 40+ women look great in them. Legs. Ass. Crotch. Thanks for showing it off, ladies. |
So OP let me tell about my day. I'm currently a stay at home mom with one pre schooler and one first grader.
I drop them of at school, go to barre class (someone else might do yoga), and run some errands, all while dressed in yoga leggings. Then iI take a shower and wear jeans to pick up the kids and proceed to after school activities, but sometimes I know we will be going to a park and there will be dirt and sweating involved so iI skip the shower and keep the leggings. I don't see a reason to exchange my yoga leggings to something else because it somehow bothers you. I also look pretty darn good in them. |
Adventure Time's Jake the Dog calls them "Give up on life pants!" |
I wear them all the time, but I actually do yoga all the time. I also wear them to the gym, and I often do errands before and afterwards. I suppose I could change once I get to yoga, but most places don't have room for gym bags.
And yes, I'm 34 and I look fantastic in them, and I don't wear underwear underneath. |
