I actually thought the actress who played Lia was Kaley Cuoco, so every episode I figured the big scene that would prompt her to take this minor ensemble role was just around the corner.

I guess the actress was actually Abby Elliot (who did fine) and I need to brush up on my Hollywood recognition.

Sarah Snook was excellent.

The male characters were all unlikable with the exception of the detective. Disappointing that the easiest way for the writers to create a sympathetic male character is to provide him a reason (child with special needs). The story didn't need that diversion, either.

Less predictable than expected. Could have been tightened up to 6 episodes vs. 8, but still a pretty good watch.

After being one of the “new guys” on The Office the actor Jake Lacy has definitely made some pretty bold choices in his roles.

I just hope he never turns into another Dean Cain, who played both the guy who killed Versace and Scott Peterson but then only went on to multiple roles like Pastor Bob and Sheriff Rick and Officer Tim and movies where a dog saves holidays
