The cuts made no difference to the outcome one of this fire. Especially if it’s true arsonists are starting fires.

I have several old friends who live in LA and have had to evacuate. They all saw people with blowtorches walking around. One has Ring footage on the cloud of a guy torching her house. It’s not just the dude who got let off by the mayor.

I have a friend of a friend who saw Elvis starting the fires.

Two of the fires are being investigated as arson and they have brought in a ton of Feds on these cases. A family member of mine is with LAPD and they are involved in working the cases.

My guess is that they will announce something in next few days once they get more concrete evidence in hand.

The first stage is to acknowledge the problem. The GOP deny it. You can't adapt to something you don't even acknowledge.

Why is Newsom asking Trump to tour fire damage while the fires are still raging? Why isn't Newsom inviting President Biden, or perhaps prominent leaders of the House (which controls the purse strings)?

The cynical part of me thinks it's to get a photo of Trump in front of the fire damage so that Newsom can use it politically to avoid further blame directed at him.
