I don’t love it, but this isn’t the huge miscarriage of justice the “Harris Voters” posting here are making it out to be.

Come on. Do you know how many people in the US are out there that have served 13 out of 16 years for crimes that hurt a lot fewer kids than this and yet were not pardoned? This is indefensible and it’s okay to say that even if you are a Biden/Harris voter.

Nope. I truly don’t think this is the worst. It’s not great, but let’s be real - all
The super concerned posters here didn’t know he has served time. They didn’t know he would be out in a couple of years anyway, and that he’s over 70.
He sucks, but this just isn’t that big of a deal. This is typical Twitter outrage. Lacking details and context. You people are boring.

Why are you making excuses for this? Don't you think we as a society can do better than this? That maybe there are plenty of people deserving of mercy FAR more than this piece of scum? Why in the hell does he get pardoned and get to convalesce at home, while plenty of other poorer far less destructive people rotted in their cells, even with Covid? Why is THIS the guy that gets a break? How many elderly black men have DIED in prison for low level crimes? This is disgusting and you know it.

He wasn’t pardoned and he was already under home confinement.

And that makes this excusable how?

Sorry, where did I say that?

I was addressing the hysterical PP who can’t even regurgitate facts.

Sorry, I misunderstood. What you said is what is being used to justify this by the partisan Democrats who are defending it. I think it is appalling. This is wrong, outright wrong, and it should be pointed out.

So are you okay with this? Do you think you think this was perfectly fine behavior from Biden?

They refuse to say because they know it’s indefensible.

He shouldn’t even have still been in home confinement. The pandemic is over. He should have been back in jail rotting away.

He also should not have been unconsidered nonviolent, because his actions unleashed actual violence on children.

He destroyed lives and it’s unconscionable that he got home confinement in the first place and even worse that Biden commuted his sentence.

Let me get this straight.

Biden pardoned his son because he didn't think he would get a fair trial.

But then he turns around and pardons/commutes (whatever) a corrupt judge that ruined the lives and families of numerous kids. A judge that did not hold fair trials for the sons of other parents.

Yes, this is right and it is horrifying.

Rules for thee and none for me!

Awful awful awful.

I guess those kids should have more important parents.

The unholy allegiance between Biden’s wildly progressive staffers and far-left non-profits causes massive failures again. I guess it wasn’t enough for them to tank the election.

I voted for Biden and I have no idea what happened to the man I voted for. This is sick and wrong.

If you closely inspect Biden’s life and career, there are crumbs of evidence that he’s always been a low morals scumbag.

It is just becoming increasingly evident now and inescapable.

True. This was an absolutely abhorrent decision.

If they were Biden’s children or grandchildren, he’d definitely make sure they were ok. But because they are just peasant children, their lives can be ruined and they can be imprisoned so a crooked, immoral judge can make some money. Nice.

The misconduct of Conahan and another Luzerne County judge led the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to throw out 4,000 juvenile convictions, and the discredited state judges were ordered to pay $200 million to the victims, according to the Associated Press.

Does this mean that he no longer needs to pay these kids?
