My guess is that Kate just doesn't have the same work ethic as the late Queen. Because honestly, if she's "out and about" and mixing with the germy public in chocolate shops, then it stands to reason she'd be able to do the occasional light handwaving thing, such as the rehearsal for the Trooping the other week. Maybe she's just doing things that bring her happiness for her recovery, though, who knows.

Oh, I enjoy a good princess brigade trolling, but I wasn’t trolling. I’m also not saying that the cancer is a lie. I’m saying that they’ve been on the verge of divorce for a while now. And I think that her diagnosis is probably extremely inconvenient for William.
