Christmas card must be a photoshop fail. Wonder what they had to edit.

I'm guessing Louis moving around and making things blurry. It's so hard to get group family photo with fidgety kids. I had to photoshop my DD when she was a toddler. It should get better as they gets older.

If you're going to do casual, have a casual setting. If you're going to do a studio photo, at least make it look like you put in some effort to get dressed up. Whichever way you look at it, there is nothing Chrismassy or warm or positive about it.

Agree. They are royals in line to the throne, not the Kardashians (as a PP aptly pointed out).

Also there has been a sense of heightened tragedy in the world right now: many Brits and commonwealth citizens are reportedly finding it hard to process how badly the UK has fared under Brexit, climate change- induced extreme weather, the horrific conflict in Gaza and appalling rise in Islamophobia and anti semitism, resurgence of war criminal Putin in the Ukraine war, and rise of authoritarian regimes around the world. My take is that they may be showing respect for the sadness and grief many people feel for alarming world events they cannot control.

Their 2021 pic was from an overseas vacation while many people were still unable to travel — or were scared to. And certainly many were hurting financially. Maybe they learned from that blunder.

The hair looks terrible. It looks like either a bad wig or like they styled her actual hair to look like a bad wig.
