Agree. The eyebrow lift/sleepy eyes with sloppy big lip combo. I know he hasn't had work but people do this to their faces deliberately for some reason.

I'd still hit it but bridge is shaved down, tip worked on (maybe that's filler)
Botox and fillers all over face and maybe an eye lift
