Time for you to see if Portland will have ya. |
That’s where you are wrong because you are approaching it from how you do politics. I’m a voter and you’re done |
People do now. They really despise you guys. Truly. |
I love the insight into your little Comintern mind. |
Ya'll are trolls who don't live here. |
Wrong again.
Today was the last straw for me, when instead of saying dangerous crime or tragic event perpetrated by criminals or something he depersonalized it as this “violence” and allowed that the community was a bit “rattled”. Say Crime, Mr. Garrison |
Ask Jeff to check if you are so sure. I personally don't believe anyone who actually lives here can care so little about what is happening with crime in this city and in this ward as you claim to. |
I wrote in last election and will again. But this time let’s coordinate the write in name to get him out |
CA has 2.7 stars despite his team leaving the 5* reviews, read them, v instructive
Recall is trending on Twitter |
It's not that I don't care, it's the fact that this crap is obviously motivated by something else. The focus on Charles Allen is your mistake, your flaw. I am not voting in anyone who isn't of this neighborhood, as CA is, raising young kids here, like many of us. |
Look at that face! |
I am a brand new poster and completely agree. I tried to engage CA via email a few months ago, pleading with him to change his tune on the horrific crime that’s driving families like mine out of the District. He gaslit through the whole exchange, asking me to show him where he was proposing reducing penalties for carjacking or allowing young violent offenders to have complete impunity. He’s a disgrace. Thank God Biden did the right thing. |
Someone needs to run against him. I've been saying for years that there is hunger for a social progressive in DC who cares about quality of life for middle class residents, which means a practical approach to crime that doesn't depend on pie in the sky utopian theories. Yes to after school programs and more mental health services and community outreach. But ALSO yes to tough penalties for violent crimes and really caring for the victims of violent crimes, not just paying them lip service while doing little to help them. I also want to see a black person run against him. I dare all the "well-intentioned" Allen supporters on the Hill to explain why they won't vote for a black progressive who runs to Allen's right on criminal justice issues. |
Try to tell me he doesn't care where his kids live. The volume of responses here proves this is paid-for. Congrats, trolls, you behaved differently than normal on this dc sub, and I know for sure you are not normal. |
