Her storytelling. She’s a great songwriter, good musician, and an okay singer. She also makes an effort to connect with fans in ways that other celebrities do not. That’s how she built such a large and dedicated fan base.

She’s the epitome of basic. This makes her relatable bc if she can be a singer and songwriter anyone can.
