Cases are up but deaths are down.
Is it getting better or worse overall and how will this impact back to school?

I don't know what will happen with schools, and Cuomo seems to be being very careful, but the streets are much busier in Manhattan. Face masks on about 90% of people, another five who have it visible but no "on", and 5% with none in sight. Outdoor restaurants very busy with distanced tables. 2K fine for not social distancing or wearing masks.

Thanks. We fled the city in March and haven’t been back since.
Not yet sure if our school will open in September
