Channel 4 is UK's free-to-air public service TV broadcaster. They asked:

“The Epstein files could possibly bring down the Brittish Prime Minister, why do you think that’s happening there, but it’s hardly politically hurting an American *occupant of the White House?”

Rep. Melanie Stansbury: “I think it’s important to note that Congress is controlled by DT’s allies… He’s being actively shielded by members of his own party…My message to DT is: We’re coming for you.”

DP... what aren't you following? There were demands for DoJ to release info on the ring of people involved in sex trafficking, rape and pedophilia. They refused, they lied, they played games. Congress then passed a LAW requiring them to release everything they have, with the only allowable redactions being the names of victims. Again, they played games, didn't fully cooperate, are still withholding half of the files, and what they did release had names of people who were NOT victims redacted, along with intentionally making it hard to work with what they released, essentially a jumble of random files, pages out of order, et cetera. Plus, Blanche already declared there would be no further prosecutions - even though we all know it wasn't just Epstein and Maxwell. They are complicit in a coverup. What's to not follow?

Listening to a lot of POTUS radio and both sides are saying the emails prove some powerful people did bad things but they also prove Epstein was not running a trafficking ring. Is that really true?

From what I’m seeing, the sex trafficking ring may not be as widespread as previously thought—he seems to mostly have trafficked women for his personal, insatiable use—but he definitely did traffic women.

Right. The main disagreement they had was over real estate. The constant sexual assault, even of Trump's own employees (known to him) was simply not an issue.

I don’t know how you can say on the one hand that the trafficking ring was not widespread and then link to a tweet about a wealthy and powerful person half way around the world being involved.

Agree. We have testimony from a small fraction of the 1000 victims, and within that testimony there are at least a dozen instances of trafficking a minor for sexual abuse. Add in the experiences of the hundreds of others and there's likely at least hundreds of instances of trafficking a minor (or a woman, which is also a crime) for sexual abuse.
