As it relates to Trump's proposal to eliminate the income tax and replace it with a VAT. The VAT would be a tax of about 110% on any item purchased.

This will cost the average family about 5,800 more than what is currently paid now. It is also highly regressive so higher income and wealth people will pay relatively less, so it will further consolidate and entrench the money class.

And don’t forget tariffs on most imports and further reductions to the corporate income tax rate.

Don’t know what that does to your numbers but it’s not going to be good for most Americans. Especially those on fixed incomes.

Hard to believe the GOP wants to sign for another four years of this.

Yep, four more years of walking back or spinning away almost everything that Trump says or tweets in the middle of the night. This Milwaukee thing is a great example of it.

I can't believe anybody wants another four years of this. It's exhausting. And stupid. And EXHAUSTING.

I think the more the cycle repeats, the more people will remember how exhausting those four years of stupid were.

It was four long, exhausting years damaging to the fabric of the US. I cannot understand why anyone wants this. He mismanaged everything and destroyed so much. A bill to address immigration - beyond what a simple EO can do - was written and prepared and Trump told the GOP to kill it because he was afraid it would be too much of a win for Biden. That’s who Trump is.

He's so destructive - but he's also just so tedious. I can't believe now we have to go through this whole "did he call Milwaukee a sh**hole or didn't he call it a sh**hole and if he did what specifically did he mean and did he Sharpie Milwaukee or throw paper towels at it or tell Milwaukee to drink bleach or"

There's a meme out there that I can find now, but it's basically the spin cycle for whatever Trump said:

He didn't say it
If he said it he didn't mean it
He didn't mean it like that.

And so on. Until at the end, it's fully been admitted that Trump said it and meant it but it's ok because something, something, no one can take a joke or whatever. Is anyone really paying attention anymore? I used to enjoy the fact checking that one guy - Daniel Dale(?) did, but them it became apparent it was meaningless. I just assume Trump is lying and will do whatever dumb thing immediately pops into his stupid head.

Where is DJT trying to f#ck her?

Here's the thing: she always knew he was gross pervy lecher based what he's done to dozens of women. Yet she's up there to introduce him and get the crowd hyped, furthering her "career" in Conservative/MAGA Inc. Yet once he turned his sights on her, well that was a bridge too far and she couldn't get away fast enough.
