Replace or repair cooktop?

I have had a GE monogram cooktop for 9 years. Mostly a good experience however now the igniter stopped working on all the burners. I spoke with GE repair guy and he was nice enough to give estimate over the phone of $500 to $600 to fix it. I went to my local appliance store and could get the new monogram cooktop for $2000 or ge profile for $1500. All other brand cooktops would require cutting into the granite countertop - costly and I worry the granite will crack.
I looked at eBay and can get open box of my current cooktop for $1100 or the newer model for around $1250 including shipping. Scratches likely (probably still a lot better condition than current one which has a lot of use). I would have to pay to install but pretty simple ($150?). Which do you think is best option?

It’s probably the spark module. Depending on your model it could cost 30-75$ for the part and replacing it is very easy. I’d try that first. No way it should cost $500 to fix.
