Rehobeth condo recommendations with 18 month old

Can you recommend a specific condo community to stay at in Rehobeth with an 18 month old? We stayed at Sea Colony in Bethany last year but would prefer to try something different this year. We would like to have a pool and easy access to the beach. Thanks.
