I 270 at 8PM packed at 40% capacity.

Had to pick up the medication and was driving on he overpass over 270 and was shockidified to see how busy it was.
In both directions. Slightly less then half of the volume in each direction. Where is everybody going? Why so many cars?
This can not be all essential workers?

Be careful driving! I had to drop off something (no social contact) and it’s like people forgot how to drive. Everyone was looking at their phones, not moving when red lights turned green and not staying in their lanes. Very careless moves just because there were less on in the roads.
