Pelosi at 80

I just learned that Speaker Pelosi turns 80 today and I was surprised. She looks good. It's not as though she looks 15 years younger or anything like that. She looks fit, put together, healthy, etc. I know some of it is money but she looks better than any other 80 year olds I've ever known. Is it the clothes? Is it the hair? I think her face work that was a little too tight 10 years ago finally settled. The broader question is more, are we seeing a trend with older people looking good longer? I think she serves as a good example for how to look good when you're old.

I think she just has very big, very deep-set eyes that cause that look. Old photos of her look just as constantly surprised.

She dresses very well. She has that one dress that she wears in like six different colors. Know your silhouettes.

She looks great because she is still working and using her mind every day. Same with RBG and all these other people where you are surprised to find out just how old they are. Retiring at 60 and taking cruises and playing golf and not doing much of anything takes away your purpose in life and I think contributes to a long slow decline in your brain.

I am fascinated by her body shape. She’s skinny and just a tiny person all around but very well endowed in the chest and not without hips which is such an interesting (and frankly, ideal) combination.

I'd like to know how her hair looks perfect every day, throughout a pandemic, when the rest of us are desperate for hair cuts and color touch-ups, because our salons are closed.

I saw her on TV yesterday with the greys peeping out at the root. I think she may be in for the same rude awakening as the rest of us.
