Landon graduates one of its best player ever, and the 2018 class is right up there in terms of best ever for Landon. The Bordley Era is over and the New Era will just not be the same.

EHS graduates its best player ever. That team was a one man show for the last 4 years. And now is a no-man show.

St Albans graduates 2 key offensive players and 2 key defensive players. There should be enough rising talent to fill the offensive gaps. Cannot say the same for defense. Even with their star FOGO, St Albans will lose games by double-digits.

SSSA loses its entire set of goalies, all enormously talented, as well as the stars of their offensive and defensive lineup. Unless they find a goalie, it's going to be a rebuilding season in 2019.

Bullis loses the best player on the team. The coaching drama continues.

That leaves Prep. Prep at the top of the IAC in 2019. Eveyone else fighting to stay out of the bottom.

As long as Prep has the same coaching staff, they will continue to underachieve.

I'm not sure if it is confirmed the star junior is returning back to STAB for his senior season but have heard various rumors. The coaching situation at Bullis is getting really messy.

Landon and St. Stephens will be in rebuilding mode in 2019.

Prep was 9-9 last year...Coach does not know how to identify or develop talent. Honestly i don’t think he wants to be there...

What are the coaching rumors at Bullis? I heard the Megil brothers are leaving... but why?

The Landon 2017 class was far better

IAC is on the decline and the WCAC is rising.

Are you new here? No one backs up a thing. They just spout "knowledge".

Two of the top 3 teams in the area last year wear IAC Teams and to be quite frank, I don't think any of these teams were much better than the other, given how close they played one another.

1. Gonzaga
2. Bullis
3. Landon

Not a fan of Bullis program but you can't deny, they will be the best team in the area by a mile next spring, regardless if the Shellenberger stays or returns back home to Charlottesville.

Look for Episcopal to be on the rise next season. Their JV program (essentially an all-freshman team) was very strong for their standards. Rumor has it, the administration is bringing in some Canadians as well.

Lets see how it works out for Bullis with the coaching turmoil. We also have a new coach and Landon maybe this will work out better than it did at GP maybe not.

The Landon coaching staff is the exact same as it was the past 2 years, minus Coach B. Coach B had become more of a "figurehead" the past few seasons as he delegated most of the coaching assignments to his staff.

Landon will be "down" for their lofty standards in the post "Epstein" era. Look for them to back bounce back in 2020 as they have some young promising players.

The Bullis situation is a complete joke. You have 3 DCE coaches who have threatened to quit and or "resign" as they refuse to coach along side with Coach Bellistri.

And you don't think IAC lacrosse is on a downward trend. Maybe Landon continues post Coach B. but the rest of the conference is a mess.
