I didn't say any of that contributed to her good body. I said she had a good body because she is toned. Actually I think I said she appeared to be in good shape, so I wasn't even making a judgment on her appearance, just how I perceived her health to be.

I have a relative that is a competitive marathon runner. Like used to be really good and placed in the big races. She still runs at least 10 miles a day and eats a very lean protein rich diet and lifts weights as advised to avoid osteoporosis. She looks pretty similar to this. The only women I know built like this are distance runners who also weight train.

She looks like a bodybuilder cut for competition.

+1. She's not especially big, but she's very lean and maybe dehydrated. It's a different stack for if that's what you want, vs. size.

Is she a distance runner? My relative who is a competitive marathoner and runs 10 miles a day plus lift is built like that with the muscular skinny arms. She eats a lot of lean proteins also. My relative is tan like George hamilton not from subbed but because she’s always outside running. I think she might be a little manic but honestly in the nicest way where she’s always doing things for other people and is incredibly friendly.

PP pointed out Lara’s weird eyebrows. I think that might actually be a big part of her problem. It’s so severe looking. As a blonde, she really needs a much lighter touch with the makeup. Her face was always angular and that gets worse with age so the makeup should soften that, not make it more extreme. And I personally think fillers pretty much always look awful — all the people who think they get natural looking fillers are just wrong. Especially around the mouth. You can f — with your mouth — it’s too hard to get right. Any portrait artist can tell you the mouth is the hardest part to do.

I don't think many Trumpers use sunbeds. RFK Jr. for sure but a lot of them have the orange-y look of a spray tan.

I’m old and fat now but was flat chested and rail thin in my teens and twenties and people were always saying I was anorexic or that I looked like a prepubescent boy. It was so hurtful and really damaged my self esteem. And of course if I worked out it was even worse so I avoided any form of physical exercise or weight training.
The women I know in middle age that are rail thin all, 100 %, have IbS or similar GI issues, or are distance runners/iron man competitors. I don’t know any middle aged women that suddenly became anorexic. I’m sure there are people out there that do, because basically there is everything on God’s green earth, but I don’t think it’s common. I think what’s more common is women slamming other women for their bodies. No one is looking at Lara Trump as an aspirational body shape, so I think we can stop slamming her body. Her politics, fashion sense, and taste in men provide sufficient scope for discussion.
