Question for Jeff

Jeff, Did you have an overwhelming urge to be a Zoo Keeper when you grew up? I'm just curious. Being snowed in for 3 days with 4 kids, including a sick baby made me seek out adult interaction. Somehow I got drawn to the Nanny Forum like a bug to a shiny blue light. Seriously, someone needs a time out and it's NOT the kids.
Signed, A mom who thinks some grown ups act worse than all my kids put together.

Honey, when it comes to the nanny forum, if it bleeds, it leads.

We don't have a nanny, but I like to visit the nanny forum every so often - it's like a little soap opera each time.

As bad as many of the nannies in the nanny forum come off, I never fail to gain sympathy for them whenever I read the forum.

The parent/nanny interactions are fascinating. But, I don't recall wanting to be a zoo keeper. The nanny forum is generally more like a cock fight than a zoo in any case.

Or more like class warfare at ground level.

I beleive someone is posting someones initials in the Nanny forum to keep them from getting a job. It in the section why doesnt someone read my ad before contacting me. There is a PP using the initals SS which could be someones name and SS isnt listed under any other lingo. Can you remove it. Personally I have those intials and dont want to be banned from getting a job because a parent had an issue with a nanny.
