You think having Jones as AG would be a good thing? Really?

NP.

He would be an absolute disaster as AG.

+10000
VA doesn't need an AG that is not law abiding!!!!

This is why he should not be elected. Multiple examples of reckless and inappropriate behavior.

He wasn’t doing 70 in a 65 speed zone. He believes killing his political opponent and their family is acceptable.

Yet wants to be VAs top law enforcement official.

I don't know what the f happened to Virginia that he's on the ballot.

Because they know Democrats will vote for anyone they put up regardless of their character. Remember, vote blue no matter who.

Republicans are totally insane. They will vote for a felon and rapist for president, but a speeding ticket is disqualifying. How do people function with that level of cognitive dissonance?

It's not so much the speeding ticket as to what he said on the text messages about the little kids. I don't care if he was joking or not...someone sick in the mind says things about killing little kids. And when the person he texted to asked if he meant it...he doubled down. I'll forgive the speeding ticket, not so much those texts.

Miyares is a rubber stamp for Trump in VA. I’ll be voting for Jones.

Miyares is a turn around and bend over for Trump.

You don’t have to forgive anything. Except maybe yourself when Miyares invites Trump’s ICE in to terrorize some poor kids in Arlandria. But that doesn’t affect you at all, does it? Only wealthy white people have the luxury to vote “morals.”

Anonymous wrote:LOL! The faux hysteria about Jones is off the rails this morning.

Jones is 100000% a better choice than the Trump-humping Miyares.

One party ends wars and frees hostages the other party celebrates and encourages murder of even of young children. Easy choice to make.

From a peer review study on Trump’s cuts to US aid. “Forecasting models predicted that the current steep funding cuts could result in more than 14 051 750 (uncertainty interval 8 475 990–19 662 191) additional all-age deaths, including 4 537 157 (3 124 796–5 910 791) in children younger than age 5 years, by 2030.”

From https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(25)01186-9/fulltext

Yep, ~4.5 million children dying by 2030 as a result of this administration’s cuts in aid. Tell me again how Trump is a humanitarian? Remind me again how much you care about children’s lives?

US children?

Are you seriously asking if dying children are from the US or not?

Much like Jay Jones, the deaths of children don't matter to me as long as it advances my policy positions.

Seriously, the republicans have no floor. You think millions of children dying as a result of your policies is funny, then complain that the dems hurt your feelings by calling you bad people.

It was just a tasteless joke. All better now, right?

No sane people don't joke about killing kids putting bullets in people's heads then doubling down when you get called out for your insanity.

Nope. You're sounding really desperate must be todays polls. 😘

I don’t like either of them, but I’ll vote for Jones because he’s not MAGA and that’s our most pressing threat.

Because most sane people don’t want to subject themselves to the ugliness of campaigning. The pool of normal people willing to suffer through that is too small.

Miyares supports Trump.

Miyares has done nothing about Trump illegally withholding funding for our Virginia schools.

Miyares has done nothing to protect UVA from Trump's attacks.

Miyares has done nothing about tariffs.

Miyares has done nothing about federal worker layoffs.

Mostly importantly, Miyares will support Trump’s next Big Lie. Trump is escalating his attacks. We need someone who will stand up to him.

Miyares has to go.

How many times do you plan on posting this?

You think it gets more convincing the more you post it? It doesn’t.

And it looks like it will be your pal Jones going going gone.

I appreciate anyone who takes the time to point out the truth - that Virginians need to vote against Miyares who will do nothing to stop Trump and nothing to protect Virginia.

I don’t think a bar association would disbar an attorney for texts, especially when it’s clear he has not acted on the protected speech and it’s clear from the texts that he was wondering what it would take to change someone’s mind about policy. I cannot believe how much mileage this has gotten.

The texts came out because the Republicans were hoping to distract from their own texting scandal. If you think Jones is bad, just see what the young GOP leaders are posting. Gas chambers. Mass exterminations. Bit more than just blowing off steam because your colleagues won’t stand up for children.

Are any of these people running for office? Did any of these people fantasize about putting a bullet or two in the head of their opponent or wish death to their children? Are any of these people seeking to be the top law enforcement officer in any state?
