Archer testified that Joe Biden's interactions with Hunter Biden's associates were "not related to commercial business," that Joe Biden had no involvement with Burisma, the Ukrainian oil conglomerate on whose board both Archer and Hunter Biden served; that the elder Biden never took any actions to benefit Burisma or Hunter Biden; and that Hunter Biden never asked his father to take any actions that would help his clients, according to the fully transcribed interview with the committee. |
| Goldman didn't conflate anything and Archer's testimony is clear. You all keep on buying the lies. |

Devon Archer said the opposite of what Comer and Jordan claimed in RW media
This is outright fraud. Comer and Jordan are employed by Americans and are being paid by taxpayer's money. They are lying about what they hear in private to the public through FOX News and other RW bullhorns. This is damaging to the country's trust in its leader. I would be fired if I speak a lie about my company in public. How can these representatives hold onto their jobs even after this kind of fraudulent actions? |
| Is there an actual transcript of the hearing(s)? I'm not relying on Twitter posts to tell me what was said. It's always best to read it/hear it for oneself. |

According to his plea agreement, De Sousa was employed by the Baltimore Police Department beginning in 1998. De Sousa announced his resignation from BPD on May 15, 2018. On June 10, 1999, De Sousa submitted an Employee’s Withholding Exemption Certificate (W-4) to the City of Baltimore falsely claiming nine allowances for both federal and state tax purposes. By virtue of this claim, De Sousa substantially reduced the amount of taxes withheld from his salary each year. When he filed his federal and state income taxes for calendar years 2008 through 2012, he falsely claimed deductions to which he was not entitled, including for unreimbursed employee expenses when he had no such expenses, mortgage interest deductions and deductions for local property taxes when he did not have a mortgage or own any real property, and business losses when he did not operate any businesses. By virtue of these improper deductions, De Sousa fraudulently reduced the amount of taxes he owed to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the State of Maryland. De Sousa admitted that for calendar years 2011 and 2012, he did not file tax returns at all and did not do so until 2014. When he did file returns for those years he falsely claimed unreimbursed employee expenses and donations to charity. De Sousa also failed to pay penalties and interest on those late-filed returns despite having been told to do so by the IRS. In addition, as of May 5, 2018, De Sousa had not filed taxes for 2013, 2014, or 2015, despite knowing that he had a legal obligation to do so. By virtue of the nine allowances he falsely claimed, De Sousa also owed additional money to the United States and the State of Maryland in each of those years, as he also knew https://www.justice.gov/usao-md/pr/former-baltimore-police-commissioner-darryl-de-sousa-sentenced-federal-prison-failing Vs According to the tax Information, Hunter Biden received taxable income in excess of $1,500,000 annually in calendar years 2017 and 2018. Despite owing in excess of $100,000 in federal income taxes each year, he did not pay the income tax due for either year. Biden has paid his back tax with penalties and interest. https://www.justice.gov/usao-de/pr/tax-and-firearm-charges-filed-against-robert-hunter-biden |

It’s because John Solomon lies all the time and thus has been fired by a whole bunch of actual news outlets. |
