driving up to Ski Liberty - Frederick and beyond road coditions?

We're contemplating a quick 2-day trip to Ski Liberty due to school closing, but not certain about the road. I believe the beltway and I-270 should be back to normal by now, but wonder the conditions of US-15 from Frederick on and the roads through Emmitsburg and to the resort. Please share if you have information. Thanks.
