I thought it might be interesting to see lists of what people do for skincare to get ideas of new products to try.

1. Cleanser - Shiseido Benefiance
2. Toner - Dior Comforting (the pink one)
3. Essence - Tacha The Essence
4. Eye Cream - Ole Henrikson Banana Bright Eye Cream (day) or Lancome Advanced Genifique Eye (night)
5. Serum - Lancome Advanced Genifique Serum
6. Moisturizer - (day) or Ole Henriksen Goodnight Glow RetinALT (night)

I use Keihl's facial cleanser
Then I use Keil's moisturizer in the mornings and Clinique smart night custom repair at night

Does anyone have recs for skin care products that don't break you out? I've found great moisturizers, but they give me deep cystic acne often. Differin is the only thing I can wear at night, but I'm aging and would like something more moisturizing.

A.M.-

Clinique facial soap, mild
Clinique exfoliating toner (every other day-ish)
Clinique vitamin C serum
Clinique all about eyes eye cream
supergoop SPF 40 moisturizer

P.M.-
cleanse with Simple micellar water
skinceuticals .3% retinol 3 times a week
Clinique all about eyes
Moisturizer - one of the following - squalane oil, rosehip oil, Clinique moisture surge (has halyuronic acid)

I use a lot of clinique, obviously. I like their products and it's benefical to stick with one brand because they have a great rewards system.

I'm a constant product hopper, so I'm impressed by the brand loyalty! Go you, Clinique shopper!

Am I the only one who just doesn't use that much product? When I was Pregnant everything made me super sensitive. So I just washed with cold water and did vitamin c serum at night and basic spf moisturizer during the day (Paulo's choice). I also have oily skin so most things feel unpleasant on it.

+1. I use the ordinary retinoid religiously. Other than that, that's whatever came in my birchbox or ipsy.

I have extremely sensitive skin—fragrances can give me hives, harsh ingredient give me perioral dermatitis, and some sunscreen ingredients burn my skin. I’m 42 (white) and have some fine lines and very dry skin, especially in winter.

Morning (after shower with no cleanser on face, just water):
-Dab hyaurlonic acid or sweet almond oil around dry spots
-Quarter-sized amount of Garnier Clearly Brighter moisturizer w/spf 15 (has fragrance but doesn’t bother me) around entire face, ears & neck
-Supergoop CC cream spf 35 as spot corrector (some melisma on cheek and forehead)
-other makeup as time allows (MAC and Urban Decay eye makeup)
-Burts Bees chapstick throughgout day

Night:
-Micellar water to remove eye makeup
-Cerave hydrating facial cleanser
-sweet almond oil everywhere (about dime-sized amount)

Weekly:
Acure Brightening Face Mask our whole-milk yogurt w/ turmeric face mask

I change up the daily moisturizer seasonally—in the spring & summer, I use a lighter moisturizer (or the sweet almond oil) with a Tatcha sunscreen spf 35+ over before makeup.

You need to treat the cystic acne separately, whether through oral or topical antibiotics. Cystic acne is pretty normal as we age due to changing hormones.
