Anyone tried Accentrate for ADHD? Any other supplement?

Our daughter started using Vayarin, which her pediatrician recommended and also takes Vyvanse. She only tried the Vayarin for 3 months, and just as she was running out the company closed. I noticed a difference, she seemed much more focused. This is a "medical food" for ADHD, which basically means a natural supplement with different types of Omegas thought to make a difference in the brain and help in attention and focus. We are considering Accentrate, which is supposed to be an alternative but I haven't found many reviews and I'm generally skeptical of supplements. If anyone has any feedback, I would appreciate if you could share. Also, if you have another supplement recommendation to make, please share as well. Thanks so much!

OP here. I will look up the book and try to find the link about Reddit. Have not found much online. Would love to hear if others feel that omega supplements help their kids. Thanks.

My DS has taken phosphatidylserine + fish oil for several years with some improvement. We didn't try Vayarin, so I don't know how much different it would have been.

I know it's not a supplement, but my DS has terrible ADHD symptoms and moodiness when his glucose levels are low. Protein and minimum refined sugar help a lot.

Fish oil is worth a try. Some swear by it. Barlean’s Omega Pals Fish Oil is one I've heard tastes good and some people have had success. You can read a lot of positive reviews from parents of kids with ADHD on Amazon. ADDitude also has an article on omega 3 fish oil, and they had kids test different brands. Believe this one got thumbs up for taste (which is half the battle)!

I order omega and vitamins for children, which are great supplements for their development and mental abilities. Thus, they became less ill and more focused on their studies. And if we talk about me, I'm on a keto diet, which helps my body to be in shape (in combination with yoga practices) and improves my health. Because it is very important not to forget to take care not only of children, but also of yourself. So I eat a lot of vegetables , take a protein supplement (you can watch the review here https://fitnessclone.com/gainful-review/), and drink a lot of water. And to be honest, I thank keto for my improved health and well-being, which allows me to take care of my family.
