| Which prenatals do you recommend? Are they easy to take? |
| Rainbow lite always take with food. |

I've been taking these because I prefer gummy vitamins and love the taste!

I took Rainbow Light but wouldn't recommend them anymore. https://www.nutraingredients-usa.com/Article/2019/08/15/Los-Angeles-forces-1.75-million-pact-with-Rainbow-Light-over-lead-in-prenatal-vitamins# |
| I like the CVS brand gummies |
| I went with Nature Made Multi + DHA. Costco often puts them on sale which is 150ct. |
Same. These worked great. I have a hard time swallowing pills, anyway, and these were a lifesaver when I was gagging on everything in the first trimester. |
| I like smarty pants prenatal gummies. |
| Target brand |
| Nature Made DHA. I heard that with gummies your body basically absorbs nothing- as much as they taste awesome |

I have never heard this, but I have read that most (all?) gummies don't contain iron, so you'd need to take a separate supplement. Since I have consistently low iron levels, I avoid the gummies for this reason. |

Wasn't the issue with Rainbow Light prenatal vitamins that they were marketing them as "lead-free" when in fact they have similar levels of lead to other prenatal vitamins? It was an issue of marketing, not with the actual vitamins.
They're still the only ones I've tried that don't make me nauseous. |
| I liked the ones that split fish oil/DHA from the rest of the vitamin. They've become harder to find, unfortunately. |
