PCOS and TTC

So, I've been told since I was 16 yo that I would never be able to conceive.
I not always had protected sex, I was never very serious about my birth control and needless to say I never got pregnant.
FF several years and I'm 30, got married and DH knowing about my situation said LET'S TRY.
I stopped all birth control, went to the doc and she said - Good luck. We'll try for 1 year and if nothing happens in between we can talk about your options. (she knows that my 1st option is adoption but anyway...)
I'm here only to share with you that after 2 mos trying we're pregs!!!!!!!
Please don't loose hope in yourself, believe, do your part and RELAX!!! God knows what He has planned for each one of us so we just have to TRUST!
