Looking at these two resorts for a 2-3 day stay later this month. They both have availability and are about the same price, so looking for some btdt travelers.
Never been to the Poconos. We have an 8 year old. TIA! |
I think the water features of Kalahari are better for toddlers and camelback is better for older kids (commenting on indoor water parks only) |
We have only been to Camelback in the winter for skiing and the indoor waterpark. I’ve neber been to Kalahari.
This summer we are going to back to Camelback for a weekend. I hope if weather is good we can also do the outdoor waterpark there (Camelbeach). Does Kalahari also have an outdoor water park? I just don’t know. |
We have been to both. Kalahari better for water features. Camelback better for winter sports. |
You may realize this, but Kalahari isn’t a resort the way you might think of one, it’s an indoor water park like Great Wolf. Don’t know about Camelback. |
Kalahari
Camelback is good for outdoor activities. |
Camelback due to variety of water and other outdoor activities. |
