HCG dropped to 1.2. Possibility of Ectopic?

My levels are not yet at zero and I’m having shoulder pain on one side. I’m worried if something is stuck in my tubes.

I had the miscarriage at 5 weeks with levels steadily declining each week as follows:

I had an ectopic that was treated with methotrexate, and betas were drawn weekly afterwards. I was told anything below 5 was considered negative. I think you're good, OP, but contact your doctor if you have concerns.

1.2 sounds good. shoulder pain is supposed to happen with a fetus secreting much higher HCG

1.2 is considered baseline by most labs (actually HCG < 5 is)... so it sounds like you're clear, but obviously talk to your doctor

No bled two weeks ago. The shoulder pain is now gone. Got scared for a min.
