What color to paint young boys rooms?

| Moving into a new house and the bedrooms are pink. What color should we paint the rooms? Boys are too young to decide, and if they could they'd pick green or purple. What is a neutral that won't be too much like an apartment? Thanks. |

| What is the decor? Comforter color? If you want a neutral, paint it the same as the family room. |

| We did Sherwin Williams Sea Salt for both our boy and our girl. Accented with navy and gray decor in boy's room, and lavender and gray in girl's room. White furniture in both. We have gotten a ton of compliments on the paint color whenever we've given people a tour of the house! |

| I like light blue for children's rooms, for any gender. My childhood room was light blue and so is my daughter's even though it was painted for the prior owner's son. |
