What is your favorite car trim? Plastic, Wood, Aluminum?

What is your favorite trim on the dashboard, door, etc. What color and what material.

Wood
Plastic
Aluminum

I tend to favor classic wood trims. Glossy rather then matte finish. I also like piano black glossy trims but the concern is that the scratches show more. It seems that the glossy finishes add light and make car interior bigger and brighter, whereas dull interiors have opposite effect. I also think that the aluminum make the car kind of cheap looking.

I really don't like aluminum and brushed matte finished brown wood like plastics are somehow unappealing. Especially on high end cars.
